Established in 2007, Renaissance Golf Management Group, Inc. was created by Tom Ham, PGA Master Professional.  Although Renaissance is a relatively young company, the combined experience in the golf and development business of over 50 years, gives Renaissance a complete understanding that the ownership and operation of an outstanding golf facility requires a unique blend of business creativity, financial responsibility, hands-on experience, and a broad range of operational and marketing expertise.  Renaissance Group is experienced in all aspects of the golf industry, from site analysis, project and construction management, budgeting and financial reporting to golf course and clubhouse operations, golf course maintenance, amenity programming, and project marketing.
